Description
The apartments that are treated as a studio are located in a special building that serves only to provide tourist services in Petrovac, street V number 17. They are located 350m from the city beach and 100m from the first restaurant and shop. The center, where the post office, bank, health center, market and other shops are located, can be reached in 7-8 minutes. Guests can also use the second beach Lučice, which is slightly further from the city and where there are several non-board restaurants and cafes. There are also several sports fields and playgrounds for children nearby. Each unit has a bathroom, mini kitchen with all necessary equipment, safe, TV with multiple programs, air conditioning and free internet. Guests have at their disposal terraces with the necessary furniture and the building has the required number of parking spaces. The maid works in the building and maintains the apartments, and the linen is changed every five days and the towels every two days. We have a total of 10 apartment units with the following structure:3 double (double bed) - 1 classic studio, 1 Lux and 1 new lux.5 triple (one double and one single bed)2 quadruple beds (two double beds).
