Apartments Danica are located in Sutomore, in a building located in the Zelen neighborhood, just 260 m from the city beach. For those who know Sutomore better, the hotels "Korali" and "Južno More" are located in the immediate vicinity. This part of the city center of Sutomorje is suitable for guests because, on the one hand, it is close to the main road, and on the other hand, because of the proximity (just a few minutes' walk) to the city promenade, as well as the most beautiful part of the Sutomorje beach, which is sandy in that part, with beach bars and beach furniture that guests can rent as they wish or they can enjoy the part that is free for those who do not want to use beach furniture. Our guests can find everything they need for a pleasant stay in the vicinity of the accommodation, from a market, grocer, bakery, a handful of cafes and restaurants.We have provided accommodation for our guests in newly furnished two-bed (3), three-bed (9) units with a separate bathroom with basic toiletries. An auxiliary double room (1) without bathroom is also available for a larger family or group of guests. Each unit has a sleeping area, a hallway with a closet for storing clothes, a bathroom, as well as internet, air conditioning, smart TV (IPTV) and a mini bar where guests can store their drinks and food. Three-bed units have a terrace. Bed linen is changed free of charge for 7 days during the guests' stay, and towels are changed (1x hand and 1x for showering per guest) every 3 days. The building where the apartments are located has video surveillance, a central boiler for hot water. The protective fence for the baby's bed is available free of charge upon request at the latest when booking the accommodation.Guests can choose the accommodation option with or without breakfast or the half-board option in the nearby restaurant "Trattoria di Radenko" (google reviews of the restaurant: 5 stars i.e. rating 4.7). The menu that this highly rated restaurant has created for our guests can be obtained electronically upon request.The parking lot of the "Južno More" hotel or in the immediate vicinity is available to guests at a price of 3 €/day, with the fact that this service must be announced to the host in order to reserve the parking lot, no later than when booking the accommodation.Double unit with bathroom - price overview with pre-season and post-season discounts:

The accommodation price does not include the residence tax:

Parking on request: €3/day (with prior acceptance of the reservation by the issuer of the parking space).
When making a reservation, it is mandatory to pay an advance of 20% of the total amount, otherwise the reservation will not be valid.
