Apartments Franicevic Djuro (part I) are located in a spacious newly built building in an attractive location about 10 m from the beach, that is, the main setalista (the first row of houses along the coast). The house was built in 2007. We offer three four-bed apartments of 54 m2, each with a terrace of 8 m2. The facility is under video surveillance. Each apartment has air conditioning, TV /CAT, safe, hairdryer, iron, ironing board. The guests also have free wireless internet.
The apartments consist of a fully equipped kitchen (complete dishes, electric water cooker), spacious dining room for six persons, living rooms, separate bedrooms, and balcony. In the apartments there is a possibility of using a baby cot that is suitable for families with small children, as there is the possibility and use of an additional fifth bed. Apartments Franicevic are suitable for families because of their spaciousness, comfort and equipment. The maid is in charge of daily maintenance of the apartments.
