Villa Mirjana is situated on a beautiful destination halfway between Bar and Ulcinj. Utjeha is recognizable by its pristine and unspoilt nature with beautiful pebble beaches and centuries-old olive groves. Our Utjeha is proud of the turquoise emerald sea and is one of the rare beaches on the Adriatic which always has a prominent blue flag. Villa Mirjana has three separate, completely separate apartments with separate entrances. On the first level are the living owners and the other two are intended for guests. Both apartments have two bedrooms with one double bed and two double rooms. Also, on each floor there is a large living room with one couch for dismantling. In the extended part of the living room there are mini kitchens with all the elements and techniques required by the modern kitchen. The floors ie apartments have separate bathrooms as well as terraces with a beautiful view of the environment filled with greenery and flowers. The apartments have a beautiful parking space that covers the vine and vineyards with the full length and width of the parking lot. The park is inside a fenced yard, which is provided with a key in the middle of the night. The garden and the garden we own are non-stop at the service of our guests. In them, in deep shade, you can enjoy the specialties of the grill that we also have. Immediately next to the grill, tables were placed, all in the thick shade of splendid cempres. The villa is located 500m from the beach near which there are all accompanying facilities such as shops, restaurants and supermarket as well as post and clinic.
